I’m Sarah Coolidge
Effective Communication is my Playground!
As an elected official, I know firsthand what it is like to bump up against different points of view and wonder how to create consensus instead of dissension.
These days I see a world where people are increasingly fearful and polarized, struggling with feeling unheard and unseen and increasingly turning towards combativeness and violence as a result.
My mission is to empower leaders who want to build collaborative relationships with the communication and mindset tools they need to do that.
I have been fortunate enough to be surrounded by communication specialists much of my life, and through that, as well as my own personal experience, I learned how important it is to have communication tools that work.
That is what I deliver to my clients so that they can contribute their own gifts effectively, maximize synergy, and create systems that serve us all.
I know the sadness of watching a conversation deteriorate into an argument and the helplessness of not finding the right words to support another in a time of upset and I want to end that kind of unhappiness for anyone who feels it.
