1. Program Overview, Aligned Communication Training (ACT)

The Program is designed to introduce participants to non-violent communication principles, stress biology, and effective communication strategies tailored to different learning styles. The goal is to help participants foster collaboration, manage stress in communication, and create positive changes in their leadership and team environments.

2. Program Details

  • Duration: 12 weeks: 10 weeks of training, with two weeks of  integration and implementaion time
  • Start Date: April 30, 2025
  • End Date: July 16, 2025
  • Includes:
    • Ten weekly group education calls (1 hour)
    • Nine weekly Q&A calls (1 hour)
    • Twelve weekly worksheets and supporting materials
    • Learning portal 
    • Facebook group support during the program for questions and guidance
    • One-to-one private coaching (optional)

3. Program Commitments

  • Service Provider Responsibilities:
    • Provide all scheduled group calls, Q&A sessions, and resources as outlined in the Program.
    • Provide access to recordings of all calls and materials in the learning portal.
    • Offer clear and supportive guidance during calls and respond to questions in a timely manner.
    • Provide support between classes in the Facebook group, Monday - Friday.
  • Client Responsibilities:
    • Attend all scheduled sessions (or watch the recordings of any missed session).
    • Actively participate in the sessions and complete the workbook assignments.
    • Utilize the support offered between sessions as needed.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Client Cancellation:
    • If a client cancels participation before the end of the 7th day of the Program, a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee will be provided.
    • Cancellations made after the 7th day of the Program will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Service Provider Cancellation:
    • If the Service Provider must cancel the Program due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a pro-rata refund based on the portion of the Program completed.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during the Program, including during one-on-one conversations, group calls, and any personal details discussed, will be kept confidential. The Service Provider agrees not to disclose any information without the client’s express permission, except where required by law.

6. Disclaimer

The Program is designed for educational purposes and to support personal growth in communication skills. Results will vary based on individual effort and engagement. The Service Provider does not guarantee specific outcomes but will provide the necessary tools and guidance to help each client succeed.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or negative outcomes arising from the client's participation in the Program. The client agrees to participate with full responsibility for their actions and decisions.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, the matter will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
