1. Program Overview, Intentional Networking

The Program is designed to introduce participants to the networking and follow-up skills needed to become comfortable and effective in networking situations. This 6-video, self-study course provides the information to turn networking opportunities into productive meetings to grow a business. 

2. Program Details

  • Duration: Approx 1.5 hours of short videos with complementary worksheets and learning assessments, to be completed by participants at their discretion.

4. Program Commitments

  • Service Provider Responsibilities:
    • Provide access to the membership portal upon receipt of enrollment fee.
    • Maintain membership portal and update as needed.
  • Client Responsibilities:
    • Watch videos. 
    • Complete quizzes and worksheets.
    • Notify Service Provider of any difficulty in accessing information.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Client Cancellation:
    • A client can cancel their purchase within three (3) days of purchase date if they have not accessed the membership portal and a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee will be provided.
    • Cancellations made after accessing the membership portal will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Service Provider Cancellation:
    • If the Service Provider must cancel the Program due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a pro-rata refund based on the portion of the Program completed.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during the Program, including during one-on-one conversations, group calls, and any personal details discussed, will be kept confidential. The Service Provider agrees not to disclose any information without the client’s express permission, except where required by law.

7. Disclaimer

The Program is designed for educational purposes and to support personal growth in communication skills. Results will vary based on individual effort and engagement. The Service Provider does not guarantee specific outcomes but will provide the necessary tools and guidance to help each client succeed.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or negative outcomes arising from the client's participation in the Program. The client agrees to participate with full responsibility for their actions and decisions.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, the matter will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
