1. Overview, ACTivate Optional 1-1 Coaching

The optional monthly 1:1 coaching call is designed to give participants personalized, laser-focused support to accelerate your their in the ACTivate Leadership Mastery Circle. This private time is dedicated entirely to you — your goals, your challenges, and your unique leadership journey.

2. Program Details

  • Duration: Ongoing, monthly 30-minute private live sessions via Zoom video call. Participants receive a booking link each month to reserve their  time. Early booking is encouraged to ensure availability.
  • Start Date: September 10, 2025
  • End Date: March 10, 2026
  • Includes:
    • One monthly 30-minute session.
    • Access to recordings of coaching calls, if requested.

3. Program Commitments

  • Service Provider Responsibilities:
    • Hold a confidential, supportive, and judgment-free space for your growth.
    • Provide targeted coaching, resources, and tools that fit the client's specific situation.
    • Offer clear, actionable next steps so that client can leave each session feeling focused and empowered.
  • Client Responsibilities:
    • Arrive on time, prepared with a clear topic or intention for the session.
    • Come ready to celebrate recent wins and identify the area you’d like to work through next.
    • Apply the strategies and practices from your session between calls to integrate your learning.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Client Cancellation:
    • Clients can cancel at any time.
    • If a client cancels participation before the monthly fee is charged to their account their cancellation will go into effect immediately.
    • Cancellations made after the monthly charge has been deducted will not be effective until the following month.
  • Service Provider Cancellation:
    • If the Service Provider must cancel the Program due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a pro-rata refund based on the portion of the Program completed.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during the Program, including during one-on-one conversations, group calls, and any personal details discussed, will be kept confidential. The Service Provider agrees not to disclose any information without the client’s express permission, except where required by law.

6. Disclaimer

The Program is designed for educational purposes and to support personal growth in communication skills. Results will vary based on individual effort and engagement. The Service Provider does not guarantee specific outcomes but will provide the necessary tools and guidance to help each client succeed.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or negative outcomes arising from the client's participation in the Program. The client agrees to participate with full responsibility for their actions and decisions.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, the matter will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
